+ ACCESS A CONVERSATION

Find the complete list of your conversations on your page by clicking on the mail icone on the right-side of the header of your admin area.

Click on a row of the table to access the full conversation.

You can then read all the messages exchanged and change the status of the conversation: mark it as unread, delete it, permanently delete it or restore it
