+ MARK A CONVERSATION AS UNREAD

To Mark a conversation as unread, click the action selector in your message listing and select Mark as unread:     

You can also mark several conversations as unread. To do this, check the conversations you want to change and click the grouped action selector at the top of your conversation page and select "Mark as unread":      

The relevant conversations will then be considered as unread until you view them again.
