+ TRACK A MESSAGE

To track a message in a conversation, go to the page of the conversation in question (click on the mail icone on the right-side of the header of your admin area, then on the conversation line you want in the table.)

A colored star indicates that the message is being tracked and a star without a color indicates a untracked message.     

Click on the star to the right of the message to track it (if it is not followed): it then becomes the color of the theme of your shop.

Click on the star to the right of the message to no longer track the message (if followed) it will have no color; the message is no longer followed.
