+ MESSAGE BOARD

Find the complete list of your conversations on your page by clicking on the mail icone on the right-side of the header of your admin area.

The table lists all your messages sorted by date received (from newest to oldest) and unread conversations are displayed in bold.

Click on a row in the table to access the full conversation.

You can filter the messages displayed in the table by sender or status:

• To filter by sender, click on "Filter messages" at the top of the table and use the selector "Filter by sender". Type a name in the search field or click directly on the name of a correspondent

• To filter by status, click the corresponding filter at the top of the table

• Inbox: contains all your conversations (except archived ones)
• Replied: all conversations contain a follow-up message.
• Unread: all conversations contain an unread message
• Trash: all deleted conversations
