You can contact your customers to notify them of a change or adjustment to their order.
To do this, go to the list of your orders by clicking "My shop" then "Orders" on the header of your admin area and click on the order line, and you will then have access to its details.
Next, click the "New message" button at the top right corner of the page, then you can communicate with your customer.
