+ FIND MY ORDERS: WHAT IS MEANT BY THE ORDER STATUS?

There are 3 different statuses for an order:

• To ship: the order contains a DIY product and requires action on your part. You must ship the product to the buyer and confirm shipment (detailed instructions here).

• Pending: The order does not contain DIY products and is being processed by Difymusic (No action required on your part).

• Shipped: all ordered products have been shipped to the buyer.
